Harry Niedzwiadek
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Niedzwiadek has spent his full career managing, developing, and deploying information technology solutions for a wide variety of government and commercial clients. As CEO, his prime responsibilities at Image Matters include corporate strategy, focus, performance, and market development. He has a diversified background in providing solutions for defense, intelligence, homeland security, telecommunications, information technology, transportation, environmental, and natural resource industries. His experience ranges from building large enterprise systems for defense, intelligence, and natural resource management customers, to leading commercial software product teams. He has extensive background in earth measurement and modeling sciences, research and development, and in systems and software engineering. Mr. Niedzwiadek was formerly a vice president at Autometric, Inc. (now part of Boeing), where he served as division manager and Chief Scientist. He also worked for GTE where he led several efforts to expand GTE's business in commercial imagery and the Internet.
Kurt Buehler
President
Mr. Buehler has 15 years of experience in the geospatial information technology domain including enterprise architecture and planning, needs assessments, standards development, data modeling, compliance and interoperability testing, business case development, system integration and software development. As President of Image Matters, Mr. Buehler runs day-to-day business operations and remains active as a senior consultant. Prior to joining Image Matters, Mr. Buehler was the co-founder of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), where he provided leadership and program management to a 260 member international not-for-profit industrial standards organization. Mr. Buehler successfully initiated and led the OGC Technical Committee from its inception to 2001. While at USACERL, as a team leader, he managed the research and development program for the GRASS Geographic Information System, one of the earliest successful open source projects.
Janine Hussey

Director of Marketing
Ms. Hussey has over 25 years experience developing marketing and communication strategies. She is a creative, analytical thinker with a unique blend of business analysis, communications, and marketing expertise. In addition to her duties as COO, she leads Marketing Communications Services for Image Matters, where she applies her talents to developing integrated marketing approaches, including pre-sales and post-sales efforts, to achieve the most effective, high-ROI campaigns possible. She has extensive experience developing and implementing business communications and marketing programs. She is author of Image Matters' Unified Message Strategy process. Prior to launching Image Matters, Janine was Manager of Business Communications, EdgeMark Systems, Inc., Silver Spring, MD, where her responsibilities included planning, analysis, and management of sales and marketing activities. Ms. Hussey also spent 13 years at Autometric, Inc., where she was Director of Business Communications and involved in all facets of corporate marketing.
John Davidson
Chief Development Officer,
Director of Geospatial Technology and Services Group
Mr. Davidson has a 19-year track record developing commercial software. He leads the Geospatial Technology and Services Group at Image Matters. He leads the research and development efforts for several Image Matters' software products, including userSmarts® GX middleware for Context-Sensitive ServiceŽ and situation awareness applications, and metaSmarts™ for geospatial metadata management. He has proven experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance. Prior to launching Image Matters, Mr. Davidson was a Senior Technical Consultant for Genasys II, a commercial GIS software company, where was Product Manager and technical lead for Genasys' Spatial API software developer's toolkit, which accounted for nearly 50% of Genasys' sales revenue in the U.S. and U.K. Mr. Davidson has also held numerous leadership roles in the OGC.
Randolph Gladish
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Gladish has 24 years experience building imagery and geospatial systems for defense, intelligence and medical applications. Specializing in high performance data exploitation, visualization systems and workflow optimization, he has extensive experience in complete lifecycle management, having developed RemoteView, an imagery and geospatial analysis system, from its inception into a mature product that has served the defense and intelligence community for over 15 years. His experience includes strategic planning, concept development and needs assessment, requirements derivation, standards development, data modeling, software design and development, and system integration. Previously, Mr. Gladish was Chief Architect at Overwatch where he guided senior business leadership in developing technology roadmaps, developed strategic product technology plans, and was the lead developer of classified projects.
Dr. Jeffrey Ehman
Director of Midwest Operations
Dr. Ehman has 18 years experience in addressing natural resource issues and solving environmental problems by applying GIS, GPS, and remote sensing technologies. He is an expert in designing geospatial infrastructure, systems, and web-mapping applications as components of public-sector projects to promote transparency, provide decision-support, and deliver content. His broad subject area expertise includes urban, installation, utility, land use, and natural resource planning and management, environmental modeling, wildlife biology, and micro-meteorology, as well as research on carbon cycling and climate change impacts. In addition, as a project manager and a lead analyst, Dr. Ehman is engaged in the strategic development of an interoperable national geospatial infrastructure to support homeland security and emergency management operations, and performs installation master planning for the US military. He has First Responder experience on a wildfire Initial Attack crew deployed from helicopters.
